Hi,
I have just got my first laptop and would like to know any recomendations on how to sync up my outlook data between this and my desktop. I have seen plenty of products all saying they do it but I would like to know any thumbs up or thumbs down for specific products.
I would have thought that MS would have a free tool for syncing the machines PST files but I can't find one.
Any ideas?
Phil

Re: Syncing up my laptop to my desktop.
Thu, September 16, 2004 - 8:19 PMthe pst file can easily be copied from one machine to the other. just be sure outlook is closed on both, then map a drive, copy, paste. -

Re: Syncing up my laptop to my desktop.
Fri, September 24, 2004 - 4:33 PMThe problems with copying the file are:
The file is over 1gb so it takes forever to copy
If I send emails from the laptop I would like them to go to the desktop's pst file and vice verca.
Thanks anyway
Phil
